Moderating Effect Of Narimo Ing Pandum On Correlation Between Distributive and Procedural Injustice Toward Affective Commitment

Abstract:

This paper discusses narimo ing pandum which is a Javanese local wisdom as a moderating variable between distributive and procedural injustice with affective commitment. Nrimo ing Pandum as a moderating variable consists of several elements of value, namely strong feeling of sukur (gratitude), sabar (patience) and narima (acceptance) which make human soul to accept all conditions gracefully. Therefore, the occurrence of any organizational injustice, either procedural or distributive injustice will not have any negative effects on the affective commitment of an organization because strong feeling of nrimo ing Pandum may cause one's soul to accept all the conditions gracefully.
