Abstract:
In the age of the development of Internet technologies, humankind faces a huge amount of information: various data is transmitted via this means of communication, from usual chatting in social networks to a huge flow of information about changes in various spheres of life of the world community. This has led to the acceleration in the development of global marketing, it has required the creation of such a mechanism of monetary circulation as non-cash money circulation, which is a fast and inexpensive means of transferring funds between economic entities. However, their significant diversity in types and forms, functional capabilities and peculiarities of application specifics has necessitated their optimization for comfortable use by the absolute majority of consumers. The article deals with the trends of non-cash circulation and the problems of their use in the Russian market, that is: their importance in the structure of monetary policy of the state, factors affecting consumer preferences for a particular payment system and the universality of the use of non-cash payments between the state, individuals and legal entities.
