Abstract:

The construction industry is one of the most dynamically developing industries of the Russian Federation and bears a certain economic and social importance. In this article the factors influencing a control system in construction industry are considered; problems which the construction industry faced are considered. The construction industry is going through a transition to a new technological structure and is actively looking for modern tools for financing current expenses, as well as managing the cost of construction projects. he article examines the trends in the development of the construction industry in Russia and explores two modern tools for improving the economic results of construction companies - leasing machines and equipment and organizing activities based on lean manufacturing. On the example of one of the construction objects calculations of the effectiveness of the application of the named instruments are given.
