Abstract:
Modern technology is playing an increasingly important role in the employee recruitment process, significantly changing the way candidates are sought and hired. Above all, recruitment automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and analytical tools are making it easier to select applications, reducing process time and eliminating human error. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), which filter CVs and pre-assess candidates, are also gaining popularity. In addition, chatbots support contact with applicants by providing answers to the most common questions.
Social media and platforms such as LinkedIn enable recruiters to reach a wide range of talent and verify candidate information. Video interviewing and online recruitment are becoming standard, enabling remote processes and eliminating geographical barriers.
Despite the many benefits, modern technology also brings challenges, such as the risk of algorithmic bias and the need to ensure data security. This requires companies to take a responsible approach and continuously improve their recruitment tools.
The aim of this article is to show how modern technologies are changing the employee recruitment process. The author wants to present how tools such as artificial intelligence, automation, ATS systems and online platforms are speeding up and improving the search and selection process for candidates. At the same time, the article aims to highlight the challenges of using these technologies, including the risk of algorithmic bias and the need to ensure data security.
