Abstract:

Daulat Ra’jat Magazine contains Mohammad Hatta’s theory about government and economy, specially people’s economy and local wisdom. Unfortunately, many researchers do not use Daulat Ra’jat as primary reference. Even though, Daulat Ra’jat has pure things into Mohammad Hatta’s theory. He made Daulat Ra’jat as movement, theory, economy activity, and brought many actors into many benefits for Indonesia’s nation before independence’s day. People’s economy and local wisdom is a Mohammad Hatta’s Theory which has principles and benefits. The principles still are not implemented in cooperation institution as purely as Mohammad Hatta’s Theory, yet. So, this research must be done to answer this problem. What are the principles and benefits? Conceptual frame uses government making conception. This research uses library research method. Library research can be used to find the gap that previous researchers had not discovered about his theory in Daulat Ra’jat. The primary data is textual information in Daulat Ra’jat. Data Collecting uses searching, reading, reviewing then validating. Validating uses triangulation to find suitable meaning. The result of this research is about principles of his theory and the benefits. The examples of principles are all regulations are for all of wealth levels and for all of region levels. The examples of benefits are holistic and empowerment.
