Abstract:

The rapid spread of diseases, known as epidemics, is a growing concern in various regions of the world. Among these diseases, Hepatitis C stands out as the most significant health epidemic of our era, with its costly impacts on society continuously increasing. This paper aims to showcase the role of Big Data in different areas of healthcare, with a focus on using it for monitoring Hepatitis C. Real-world datasets will be presented, and potential future uses of Big Data in the context of Hepatitis C monitoring will also be discussed.
