Abstract:

The present research shows the reasons and psychological mechanisms of  motivation of employee and how to make them work with pleasure at job. This research article aims to contribute to a better understanding of reasons and psychological mechanisms behind employee motivation and the the pleasure of working. We examine how motivation,capability and opportunity interact to enable security behaviours related to employee.
