Abstract:
The decision process for future career it is more than complicated in our times. Finding a job or not, in our country or abroad, chose for one workplace or another or decide for advantages or commodities are just a few elements that define the social behavior of new generation students/future employees.
With the help of an informatic application there have been identified main aspects, targets, problems, and trends, which form as a whole the new decision-making behavior in relation with the labour force.
At present time, when the national economy knows advanced shapes for conversion and updating, the occupational problem on the labour market becomes a topic most worthy to be taken into consideration.
The opportunities, opportunities and employment trends in the labour market to young specialists (graduates) problem thus become a phenomenon that knows today new forms of manifestation.
