Abstract:
The work points out the importance of motivation for regulation and subsequent performance of a person. The performance motivation is a driving force at work environment. The research pays attention to the reasons of performance based on comparison of female and male probands. Standardized HO-PO-MO questionnaire was used for data collection where were point out MO – motivation results. The aim of the paper is to show that motivation is worth to take not as a whole, but also bound with work performance, what influences and comprises the individual components of cognitive process.
