Multifaceted Risk Model for Measurement of Sustainability of the Production Processes

Abstract:

The authors of the article focused on the issue of measurement and assessment of sustainability of the production processes. The analyses of the durability potential of the production processes require many different areas of factors and conditions to be taken into consideration. The research task refers to a possibility of implementing or using a multifaceted risk model in the assessment of sustainability of the production process, which is understood as one of the fundamental characteristics of reliability and safety of operations of the actual production systems.  The event in the form of an external or internal risk or formal destruction phenomenon constitutes a basic concept in the modeling of management of sustainability of the production process. Each event is connected with the descriptive information, i.e. the information describing a given event in the situational context. The iterative approach was used to build the mathematical model, analyze its potential practical applications and search for the manner of illustrating such potential applications. The testing method was in the form of the intuitive method, allowing to use expert experience in the analyses of possibilities of benefiting from the sustainability of objects and adapting exploitation processes thereto.
