Abstract:

Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to support decision-making in the organisation of the production process: typical machining of a shaft. The factors influencing the selection of the variant of the production process were classified and weighted. The real and study data were subsequently analysed to determine their level of correlation. It was shown that the results exhibit high-level accuracy and correlation, which finally indicated the direction of further empirical studies.
