Abstract:

The article discusses the practice of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure staff readiness for a scientific and technological breakthrough. Foresight trainings introduced into practice are aimed at solving this strategic problem. Their goal is to show possible options for the development of science and technology for the period up to 2030 within the framework of the declared development paths with high uncertainty in the future.
