Abstract:

The motivation of this study lies in the need to understand the performance requirements in the management of Structural Instruments (SI). The use and improvement of indicator established for the management of the SI is a constant task, throughout the programming period, which is why I presented the system of indicators to be known in the early stages of the implementation of operational programmes, as well as during implementation, the main purpose is to measure performance at the various levels involved in the management of SI, in our case at national level.  The research has continued with an analysis on the main indicators made with regards to the financing of various programmes/ projects from European Funds.
