Abstract:

This paper describes the importance of the "e-government" development, which is the governance integral part. This system can be done by implementing and integrals of information technologies, taking into account the administrative transformation that occurs in Russia. The necessity of an anti-corruption strategy becomes relevant. It is a means of tools in the "e-government" concept. Important steps for the development of "e-government" or public government were made in Russia today. This concept is a powerful tool for administrative reform, as well as the control program corruption.
