Neo-Liberal’s Excellence Versus ‘Underclass’ Nationwide Indonesia’s Learning University’s Microfinance Concept

Abstract:

Two processes of Indonesia’s State University learning organization are delineated based on Burawoy’s dominant and subordinate passage correspondingly with Örtenblad’s wholeness and contextual approach. First, the narrative approach as wholeness process in creating Neo-liberal universities as part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Second, the fragmentary approach in community service organizations. It is in the form of a learning university’s microfinance concept. The first process is through a qualitative or narrative approach to illustrate the wholeness of the Neo-liberal entrepreneurial ecosystem in university. The second one is using a quantitative method for empowering the micro, small enterprises.
