Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of the current state of Russian consumer credit market, reveals global development trends of this market, provides comparative analysis of the conditions for granting consumer credits in banks and loans in microfinance organizations and consumer cooperatives in Russia. The advantages and risks of creating a consumer credit cooperative on a professional basis on the platform of a budget institution are considered. In the framework of the study, a simulation of a consumer credit cooperative based on Plekhanov Russian University of Economics creation in modern economic conditions is proceeded.
