Abstract:
Purpose: This article examines the main challenges encountered by Human Resource Management (HRM) in contemporary organizations, with a focus on the changing dynamics of hiring, the significance of employee retention, adherence to labor regulations, technological incorporation, and the handling of a diverse workforce.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The analysis entails thoroughly examining existing literature, case studies, and interviews with HR practitioners to identify and analyze the most urgent concerns in HRM.
Results: The findings suggest that to remain competitive and compliant, HRM needs to adjust to technological improvements, constantly changing labor demands and regulatory changes.
Originality/Value: This article offers valuable insights into human resources management techniques and practices, specifically focusing on how HR professionals may use data analytics and technology to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Limitations: The study's dependence on qualitative approaches, such as literature reviews and interviews, may restrict the applicability of the findings. Future studies would be enhanced by integrating quantitative data to offer a more comprehensive outlook on HRM difficulties.
