New Trends in Management of Intercultural Business Communication Development

Abstract:

The paper focuses on modern trends in intercultural management. The modern global business environment brings many challenges and they must be taken into account when managing companies in this environment. THe paper highlights the fact that doing business is not possible without realising its intercultural nature and management of companies must be aware of this fact to remain competitive. It shows that diversity can be seen as an opportunity and not a threat in managing people and businesses. It also presents findings of  breakthrough research regarding the importance of trust in managing companies. Finally, it stresses the connection between managerial or business communication and its importance for global competitiveness.
