Abstract:

The development of the procedural legislation of the Russian Federation predetermined the emergence of new, previously not regulated principles in the system of the principles of civil procedural law. Some of them have found their fixation in the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, others are not (as of today), nonetheless they are used in law enforcement practice and are studied by the theory of procedural law precisely as procedural principles. Within the framework of our study, we will try to analyze one of these principles-novel namely the principle of procedural economy.
