Abstract:
The article presents coopetition which is relevant from the point of view of strategic management based on the example of a project of an electricity purchasing group run by GZM Metropolis in Poland. The author identified and indicated the types of coopetition applied in the presented case study and identified the benefits of coopetition. In addition, attention was paid to the key factor that is crucial for coopetitive projects, which is the joint decision-making process and the possible consequences of a lack of unanimity among coopetitors.
