Online Training For Adults: From The Andragogical Model To The Modeling Of Adaptive Hypermedia Contents

Abstract:

this article presents, from a bibliographical study, an andragogical model allowing setting up a learning situation for adults in a state of literacy. Because we see that the majority of people stop their studies at an early age. For this reason, literacy can only be truly effective if it fits into larger visions and makes it more sustainable. The reason why our model is based on modern andragogical approaches using information and communication technologies (ICT) is that these later become tools of citizenship and take on a lot of importance.
