Abstract:

The authors consider the process of digitalization of economic relations. They analyze trends related to a forever growing amount of information, increasing technical sophistication of product manufacturing and service rendering processes, automation of contract making, and growing complication of the framework of contract obligations. A forecast is given for opportunistic behavior to increase in manifestation and tools are suggested to eliminate this threat.
