Optimization of Covid 19 Deescalation Attempts In Poland – from The Law on Crisis Management to The Law on Emergency States

Abstract:

The considerations contained in the paper constitute a synthetic analysis of Polish legal solutions that can be introduced to prevent, counteract and combat COVID 19. The paper presents results of a research which are of a reflective nature due to the changes that have their origin in a claim that the legal measures prepared for emergency situations are nowadays of a universal nature. In addition, the character of these measures becomes more and more a kind of routine nowadays. A systematic literature of open access studies and papers as well as  legal acts review was the key method applied in the research. Besides this method, further theoretical methods such as synthesis, comparison, generalization, inference and abstraction were applied as well. Due to the scope of the paper, there are mainly (but not exclusively) studies of Polish authors presented.
