Providing of sustainable growth, which concentrated on potential opportunities of the company, adapted to dynamically changing requirements of external environment, is main reference point in formation of effective system of strategic management of knowledge-intensive company. Determination of priority directions and formation of system of strategic management of development of knowledge-intensive company is impossible without qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the company’s development capacity and current analysis of the dynamic of development.
