Abstract:
Quality is one of the most important factors of competition in the market. Nowadays, quality is given a new perspective by what the consumer considers to be quality. Quality management itself is taking on a new dimension, moving from the subsequent control of the final product to the prevention of poor-quality production. The intention of this paper is to suggest ways to improve the performance of the enterprise to optimize the production process. The main objective of the paper is to identify the possibilities of increasing the quality of the final output based on the analysis of the already existing production process in the welding shop using the TOPSIS methodology.
