Abstract:

Managing a company nowadays is a very complicated process. In order to have a complete picture of what is happening in the company, especially in production processes, monitoring systems such as SCADA are used. A system of this kind is an integral part of a complex IT system, which makes it possible to obtain valuable information about the production process. An optimizing of production process course has a fundamental meaning for proper enterprise functioning. The most practical and the most effective way of production process course controlling is a visualization of an actual process state. A visualization of production process gives a possibility for quick insight to a real state of production machines and allows controlling and steering of manufacturing process. Current article presents an optimizing of a production process course controlling in a chosen enterprise by implementation of a SCADA type system, moreover it points essential benefits caused by the SCADA system employment.
