Abstract:

Nowadays a special role in the process of building the competitiveness of the organization play knowledge workers. On the one hand, they require a lot from themselves and from others, on the other hand, widely understood environment (including the organisation in which they work) requires a lot  of knowledge workers .One of the characteristics of knowledge workers, which is very important for the organisations operating in a knowledge -based economy, is their creativity .the topic of the discussion presented in this article is the analysis of the organizational work environment in the aspect of its impacton the knowledge worker’s creativity .
