Abstract:

Appeal to the problem of monitoring is caused by a burning need to obtain reliable information about the condition of the HUS of a municipal division and about the most acute problems faced by this very important segment of the economy, which is related to the well-being of the population in a region and in the entire country.

Monitoring is an essential component of the information management mechanism of the HUS, which ensures efficient social, housing, investment, cultural and other aspects of the state and municipal policy in the housing sphere.

The subject of our research is to develop an algorithm for monitoring the socioeconomic security of a municipal division, which is an organically integral part of the general monitoring of the condition and advancement of the housing and utility sector of the country. |This monitoring is based on identification of violations, hazards, risks and threats emerging in the HUS and causing damage to living and well-being of the population.
