Abstract:

Appropriate organization of the forwarding process is one of the basic elements of effective management of the operation of enterprises obtaining resources on the international market. The contemporary process approach and the resulting process management create opportunities for observing and analyzing processes and their key components. The use of mapping tools to get a picture of the processes being implemented can be an important tool for effective management of operations. For the processes of obtaining unique products such as steel ropes for mining shaft hoists, the conditions created by the forwarding process significantly affect the operating capabilities of the hoisting device. Therefore, from the point of view of process management, the basic element of management is its proper recognition. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to identify the organization of the steel rope shipping process for the needs of mining shaft hoists.
