Organization Readiness for Change: Preparation for Change Agent through Transformational Leadership

Abstract:

Organization is a dynamic place to move towards any desired goals as a response to any changes. Before an organization moves towards its goals, it shall make various preparations by being able to recognize, explore and utilize any resources that it has to support the planned changes. This was a quantitative research conducted to Limited Liability Companies (PT) spread in DIY and Central Java Provinces which underwent organizational changes. This research is expected to XXX of Organization Based Self Esteem, Collective Efficacy, and Collective Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organization based self esteem, collective efficacy, collective organizational citizenship behavior as the antecedents, mediated by transformational leadership, had a significant positive effect on Organization Readiness for Change,
