Abstract:

The purpose of the article is to present, based on selected areas, how an organization can achieve an appropriate level of development based on the implemented quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 standard. At the same time, on the other hand, meeting the requirements that are a specific type of signpost can be a significant limitation to the development of modern management methods, especially when achieving an ideal state as part of meeting the requirements can become an end in itself and cease to serve the good of the organization.
