Abstract:

The development and implementation of modern digital technologies is a global vector of the global information space development. The active development of information telecommunication technologies is a factor socially necessary for the development of modern society and acting purposefully and globally. The market of telecommunication services represents the union of all the concerned information service providers in order to meet the declared needs of consumers. Currently, there is no organizational and managerial mechanism for the development of digital technologies in the field of telecommunication services. Under this research it is proposed to justify the need of development of such digital technologies implementation mechanism based on the development of Data centers as the main tool for the implementation of end-to-end technologies. Modern digitalization is based on information and communication technologies, hardware components. Modern digital innovations are the optimization and redirection of business processes and workflows, disruption of transaction control methods and attitudes on values, change of human experience and ways of interacting with each other.
