Abstract:

Organizational capabilities are a fashionable concept in the literature. In this article, we intend to present main theoretical approaches in the field, starting from the classical theories and continuing with a series of new elements specific recent years. Without an exhaustive approach, we believe that our study covers the main approaches and classifications of the concept of organizational capability.
