Abstract:
The market and thus the demands on every company are changing faster and faster. Influences such as international suppliers, a shortage of skilled workers and the digitalization of markets demand adaptability and a willingness to change. In practice, there are several obstacles and lack of willingness to implement this necessary change in the company. The lack of readiness for change is related to various causes in the company. These causes, the diagnosis of obstacles and the finding of solutions to transform this lack of readiness into motivation and enthusiasm for the necessary change is the content of this work. To develop a long-term vision for change, a structured approach is needed to choose the right method and to implement it in the company. These learning organizations need new ideas and approaches unconnected with new business models, for a successful and goal-oriented start into the new business model. These possible models are the content of this work, with a focus on the main stakeholders, the management and the employees. The analysis and diagnosis of obstacles and finding solutions and motivators is the goal. Implementing the process with the right communication is the task.
