Organizational Learning Relation with Firm Performance; Mediating Role of Competitive Shadow

Abstract:

The paper integrates behavioral theory of firm concepts; organizational learning, competition shadow and proposes its impact on firm’s performance. It simply observes additional impact of organizational learning on firm performance if the firm is in state of competition shadow. Organizations in ongoing state of high level of competitive uncertainty in technological industry has impact on organizational learning and organization learning also have impact on competition shadow; and this relationship improves firm performance more than the ordinary impact of organizational learning on firm performance.
