Organizational Mechanisms of Allocation of Subsidies for Public Transport in St. Petersburg

Abstract:

The literature review about urban passenger transport in particular the problem of allocating subsidies has been made in this paper. Ensuring the financial stability of transport enterprises has been reviewed as well. The scheme of subsidizing urban passenger transport in St. Petersburg is considered, and proposals for improving the process of allocating subsidies are made.
