Abstract:
To verify the relation between the quality of the organizational structure on the websites of municipal education management bodies (MEMB), and the performance of the bodies; to provide recommendations. General-scale comparative analysis of the websites of municipal authorities (MA) and those of the MEMBs, a detailed analysis of websites state and information on them, a statistical analysis of the relation between the evaluation and the generalized development rating, a sociological analysis of the MEMB. Absence of correlation between the evaluation results and the generalized development rating of the municipal territory and the education system, possibility of diagnosing weak spots and resources of organizations. Regional-specific differences are not significant; special traits that can be used to improve the quality of MA and MEMB performance are identified. The approach can be generalized for evaluation of the majority (or all) of the authorities’ websites, including the ones in other countries.
