Organziational Culture Impact on Talent Management

Abstract:

This paper aims to highlight the influence of organizational culture plays to the complex and emerging field of talent management. The research is based on the qualitative evaluation of the literature and the initiatives of the organizations to develop a framework for streamlining the talent management process. This study concluded that organizational cultures that have strategically visions and a strong focus on ethical high-performance behaviour, have a strong effect on talent attraction and retention, are highly commitment to employees’ career development and have a very strong motivating work systems.
