Abstract:
The aim of the article is to present the platform that has been designed for efficient human resources management using human-centric BI and AI solutions. In particular, this applies to the possibility of developing the existing Carrotspot benefits platform with new functional scope using BI. As part of the expansion, development works concerned:
- Development and implementation of a BI module for HR.
- Development and implementation of the ROI module;
- Development and implementation of modules supporters such as:
- e-voucher turnover module,
- HR knowledge module,
- token deposit module,
- auction module,
- CSR support module,
- leave management module;
The basic modules were characterized, indicating their role in motivating employees on the example of an air transport company. The conclusion contains a synthesis of the presented approach and an indication of directions for further research in the considered area. The ending also shows how properly motivated staff affects the safety and satisfaction of customers. Thanks to the extensive platform, we get information about employees' reactions to managerial feedback in motivational programs, which is an important source of information about the level of employee involvement in specific goals organization and about the effectiveness and communicativeness of feedback in the organization.
