Outsourcing as a Form of Disintegration Process Administration in the Economy

Abstract:

The development of industrial production is an essential prerequisite for achieving high rates of economic growth. It is possible only when the state   implements a set of relevant actions.  The disintegrating changes are part of them. It is considered that these changes imply a reduction in the number and intensity of the system interactions in order to give them greater independence. An attitude to such administrative decisions cannot be unambiguous as they are associated with certain advantages and some disadvantages. The paper examines one of the most common forms of disintegration processes in the economy called "outsourcing".
