Particularities of Social Responsibility Projects in the New Context of Economic Development. A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract:

The impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on business performance has gained the attention of researchers especially in the last years.  Most of the studies emphasize the direct link between investing in innovation and growing performance. Our result shows that quality is one variable with a high impact on organization performance. Thus, the board of directors must take into account the high impact of quality on their business performance when they decide to include CSR in the organization strategy. In this study, we used as methodology the bibliometric analysis for reporting to the last five years existing literature in the field of CSR/CSR performance. This research reviews the works of previous authors and suggests new ideas for further articles on the relation between CSR performance and quality. We analyzed 201 publications from WoS database using VOSviewer software. Our work emphasizes the main keywords used in the literature and shapes the authors’ network.
