Abstract:

Present paper aims to analyze the possibility to attain the patrimonial liability against the managers who caused the bankruptcy of a football club. As a rule, any type of company, even a football club, goes into liquidation precisely because by selling the assets it could pay all the debts accumulated.
There are situations when, throughout the liquidation procedure of a company the liquidator finds out that the funds obtained are not enough to cover all the debts, context in which, it must exist a system of legal and patrimonial protection of the creditors.
