Peculiarities of the Managerial Tools within Romanian Organizations (I) – Management Systems

Abstract:

This paper aims to critically analyze the peculiarities of the managerial tools provided by management science within Romanian organizations' managerial practice, corroborated with theoretical approach and highlight the relationships between them and managerial and economic performances, in order to create premises for increasing the competitiveness and performances of Romanian organizations through modernization of managerial tools. The questionnaire-based survey results conducted during March-May 2015 on a sample of 89 organizations from south-eastern Romania, namely Bucharest-Ilfov, South and South-East regions, confirms most of the theoretical approaches and the results of previous own research. In this respect we formulated a number of six working hypotheses, most of them being validated through quantitative methods. Taking into consideration its limitations, the results may open future research directions.
