Abstract:

In the scientific field, characterized in general as "research of innovative problems", a clarification of terminology and basic concepts pertaining to the studied problems is of great importance (perhaps more important than in other issues of the science of economic management). The article presents the author's definition of a number of key concepts of this scientific field, besides the peculiarities of the methodology of quality management which are applied specifically to the innovative activity of industrial enterprises are formulated.
