Abstract:

The article presents the theoretical and methodological approaches and grounded scientific - methodical aspects Research status and development trends to improve strategic management of regional socio - economic systems. The study aimed to develop a model for the analysis of national projects and programs of socio – economic development in order to predict the effect of the socio-economic systems of the region. The level of awareness and satisfaction of the society with the development strategy of the studied subjects of the Russian Federation was determined by the result of expert assessments study, questionnaires, correlation-regression and matrix analysis. Along with this the risk level of the strategy implementation was revealed. This became the main reason for the choices of directions and methods of the studied region’s development in comparison with other similar regions in the form of a matrix model called «Element Impact Rating / Growth Rate».
