Performance Strategy and Management in the Relation with the Clients in the Banking Industry

Abstract:

The article points out the deep changes taking place in the Romanian economy to maximize the sales through a good counciliation of the client as well as to increase the quality of service so that client satisfaction should be at maximum level. A good management can be obtained only if employees hold the most relevant information on products and services, so that sales should grow in accordance with the targets as well as at level of corresponding quality standards.  In actual stage, the most important for a firm has become “ science “ to turn into account its products and services at the same time with the action of continuous training of own employees to know its services and advantages as compared to the market supply.  Improving the methodology and informatic system allows to structure the database by various criteria as well as an accurate identification of main elements of expenditure and income by client or product, allowing a more exact quatification of firm-client relation and its importance.
