Abstract:
In the era of business digital transformation and the implementation of information and communication technologies in both production and management processes the role of the human factor in the formation of an enterprise’s development strategy significantly changes. The personal staff characteristics which are reflecting the teamwork skills, creativity and the ability to think out of box while solving management tasks are becoming increasingly important. The article talks about the role of human capital management in a modern organization and sets the personal and professional competencies for the personnel that are necessary in the formation and implementation of the enterprise development strategy in the digital business transformation. The result of the work was the development of a “personal” business model based on the transformation of the classic business model of A. Osterwalder and Y. Pigneur where the main factor in the transformation is human capital, its multifunctional adaptability to changing business conditions and personalization. The proposed “personal” business model has a wide range of practical applications both in the formation and implementation of an enterprise development strategy and in the human resource management, in particular in the recruiting and development of new information and communication technologies and platforms for increasing the synergistic effect of working in cross-functional teams by finding new opportunities for cooperation and achieving effective results.
