Abstract:

While attempting to equalize women's and men's rights worldwide, women are still considered to be a vulnerable group. Also, the perception of the role that women play in society is very different from one society to another, but also from one community to another. This perception of women at international, national and local levels can visibly influence woman's integration into the labor market and her professional development.

The still precarious integration of the Romanian woman into the labor market is due to the many roles the woman has to fulfill today in society but especially in family life, roles that have to be fulfilled both personal and professionally level. The evolution of women in society, the equalization of professional rights between women and men have not removed the responsibilities that have been assigned to it so far and demanded by the traditional model implemented at national and global level.

This also led to the deformation of the woman's image in family life and to the unequal assignment of personal responsiveness. Here are the professional responsibilities, but also those specific to family maintenance and care.
