Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to present the trends of literature review in personnel marketing between 2010 and 2020. The main reason for conducting this research is to reveal the research gap in this area. This research yielded 22 articles from the Scopus and Web of Science databases for which certain variables were defined and then further worked with. It was found that the most common method of data collection was a questionnaire. The most common general theme of the articles was the process of implementing personnel marketing and its importance. This confirms that the topic of personnel marketing is still new.
