Abstract:
The methodology for complex systems modeling taking into account the significant achievements in different fields of science and computer technologies is described. The development of global integrated advanced manufacturing technologies models that include a number of interrelated local submodels aimed to work in special applied spheres is discussed. The complexity of developing and using such models is associated with the need for simultaneous processing of a large amount of data – Big Data - and carrying out complex calculations using these data. The importance of physical simulation in the development of global integral models is shown. The examples of numerical simulations provided for different processes using different numerical analysis techniques, such as Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics are presented.
